The purpose of Scouting is ..."to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law."

It is our desire that each boy realizes his highest goals in Scouting. Our pledge is to assist watch Scout to carry out his duties to God, country, fellow Scouts, others and himself. We encourage the Scout to develop his self-reliance, improve his individual and group skills, expand his sense of responsibility and strengthen his moral character, all while having fun in the outdoors.
